To experience the benefits of an online subscription, start searching now. Once you've hit 'search', you'll see a list of matching results in our database. Remember to refine your search by selecting the biographical books or directories you are interested in, once you've landed on the search page.

I already have a subscription and would like to search for a contact. How do I get started?
All online subscribers are given personal login details to initiate access to the ConnectWeb website and it’s functionalities. To start searching, log into the Dashboard using the orange Login link at the top left of the website. Enter your login details (email and password). Click on "View Our Database" on top of the page to start searching now.
Often you may find multiple search results for the one contact. Select the Company Name result to display information about the organisation. Select the Location result for personal biographical information.

I don't know the name of my contact. Is there a way to search for organisational details only?
Yes, you can search for a specific company name or even an industry type, for example 'bank'. The more specific you are the more results you'll uncover.
My past subscription with Crown Content allowed me to download a spreadsheet of contacts. How do I do this in the new system?
A key benefit of the ConnectWeb online subscription is the increased accuracy of our data. We are updating our publications daily and therefore want to ensure you have the most up to date information at your fingertips. As such, we no longer allow downloading of data. This guarantees you always have timely, refreshed contact details on hand.
How do I search for specific types of media? For example, lifestyle magazines only

I’m a past subscriber. How do I get access to the new site?
All existing online subscribers would have received new login details based on their current email address. You would have been prompted to create a new password to initiate access to the ConnectWeb website and its new functionalities.
Should you have any troubleshooting enquiries or you have not yet received your new login details, please contact our team on 1300 854 686.
How do I access my login details once I’ve purchased an online subscription?
Once you’ve purchased your chosen product(s) from our online shop, your payment will be processed and an email confirmation will be sent with your access details immediately.

When will I be notified of my subscription renewal?
As your renewal date draws closer, a member of our sales team will contact you to renew your subscription. Online subscribers also have the ability to renew their access in the Dashboard. Please refer to the User Guide for more details.
Are there other ways I can access the data?
We’d be happy to provide you with examples of how you can utilise our combined database of over 100,000 Australian individuals and organisations.

How can I set-up multiple users?

Who compiles the directories and biographical titles?
AAP Directories, a division of Australian Associated Press, publishers of ConnectWeb, are based in Melbourne and have a dedicated team of editorial staff who constantly research and update contact details, staff movements, biographical facts and key statistics on all content across our directory and biographical titles.
How often are the data and contacts updated?
To ensure your access is always up-to-date, online subscribers receive updated data refreshed on a daily basis, whilst our print subscribers receive two hard copies a year.
How can I nominate someone to be included in the Who’s Who series?
If you’d like to nominate someone to be considered for Who’s Who in Australia, Who’s Who in Business or Who’s Who of Australian Women, all you have to do is fill out our online nomination form.
Please note there is no cost involved to nominate an individual and we do not require payment for entry.
How can I edit my personal and/or company details in your Who's Who?
For corrections or updates relating to your entry in the Who’s Who series please email the editorial team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To change your contact details or organisation’s information please contact us on 1300 854 686 and we’ll transfer you to the relevant editorial team.
